I am joining Menu Plan Monday hosted by Org Junkie and What’s for Dinner? Menu Planning Linkup hosted by Jill Conyers and Mommy Run Fast this week to share what we’re eating. The only topic I like to chat about as much as books is food! If you have a menu plan, feel free to link it up with our Small Victories Sunday Linkup. I’m always looking for new recipes to try.
This Week’s Menu Plan:
This week we are traveling the world in food, don’t I say that every week? As much as I love traveling the world in books, I love to eat my way around the world too! Can we make it all the way around the world in food this week? Let’s see!
Asia: Bang Bang Shrimp from Damn Delicious (my picture in photo) and pot stickers
Caribbean: Jerk Chicken from Rachael Ray and Arroz con Gandules (Rice and Pigeon Peas) from Skinnytaste (my picture in photo)
Africa: Slow Cooker Moroccan Chicken from What’s Cooking Chicago and Couscous
Peru: Lomo Saltado (Peruvian Beef Stir Fry) from Skinnytaste (my picture in photo)
America: French Toast and Cracker Barrel Hashbrown Casserole Copycat Recipe from The Daily Meal
Australia: Curtis Stone’s Aussie Sausage Rolls
Italy/America: Skinny Vegetable Lasagna Rolls from Joyful Healthy Eats
Menu Planning Tools
I have been loving Plan to Eat* to get my menu plan, recipes and shopping lists printed up fast! Highly recommend and you can try it out free for 30 days to see if you like it. It’s one of the Organized Home Goals this month to work on recipes, so I will be using Plan to Eat a LOT this month. I can’t wait to get all my recipes into it, but I have a feeling it will take me all month if not longer to do it, I’m a recipe hoarder.
I created a couple weekly planner printables to incorporate my menu plans into my week. Check them out and download for free if it will help you with your weekly goal and menu planning.
