On last week’s menu plan, Monday came along and I switched out the Baked Spaghetti for easier meatball subs using the meatballs from this recipe. I was having trouble sticking to the plan as some days just did not go as planned with unexpected appointments and things taking twice as long as expected. Ever have those kind of weeks? As a result, some of the this week’s menu plan is what I didn’t get to last week. We are starting out the week with one sick kiddo so trying to keep the plan simple, not sure what this week will bring!
This Week’s Menu Plan:
“You’re Eating Veggies Sucker” Cheddar Cheese Soup, salad and grilled sandwiches
Slow Cooker Orange Chicken with rice and stir fried vegetables
Breakfast for dinner – Puffed French Toast from Disney World and bananas
Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff with egg noodles
Leftover French Toast
Baked Spaghetti, salad and garlic bread
Yogurt, fruit and cereal parfaits
Homemade pizza night
Philly Steak Sandwiches and Fries
Slow Cooker Carne Asada, rice and beans
