Menu Plan Monday – Feb. 23, 2015
I am joining Menu Plan Monday hosted by Org Junkie and What’s for Dinner? Menu Planning Linkup hosted by Jill Conyers and Mommy Run Fast this week to share what we’re eating. The only topic I like to chat about as much as books is food! If you have a menu plan, feel free to link it up with our Small Victories Sunday Linkup. I’m always looking for new recipes to try.
This Week’s Menu Plan:
This week we are traveling the world in food, don’t I say that every week? As much as I love traveling the world in books, I love to eat my way around the world too! Can we make it all the way around the world in food this week? Let’s see!

Edamame Hummus from Oh She Glows

Menu Planning Tools
I have been loving Plan to Eat* to get my menu plan, recipes and shopping lists printed up fast! Highly recommend and you can try it out free for 30 days to see if you like it. It’s one of the Organized Home Goals this month to work on recipes, so I will be using Plan to Eat a LOT this month. I can’t wait to get all my recipes into it, but I have a feeling it will take me all month if not longer to do it, I’m a recipe hoarder.
I created a couple weekly planner printables to incorporate my menu plans into my week. Check them out and download for free if it will help you with your weekly goal and menu planning.

What’s on your menu plan for this week?
I think I need to try to make the veggie lasagna rolls. I’ve always wanted to because they seem to have an eggplant rollatini sort of feel. Yum. 🙂
Love this idea!
Here’s to surviving the winter! Stay warm!
Tanya thank you for sharing your post on #wednesdayswisdom. I love your menu and the idea of holidaying for a week on your recipes . Have a great week.
Thanks Jen. It has been a tasty week so far when we have been stuck inside from the snow!
Wow, these all sound so yummy! What a great idea to plan meals from around the world. Such an inspiring idea!
Thanks Our Family Inspired Home. It’s been a fun and yummy week!
Can I come to your house for dinner? We’re having grilled salmon, soup, roast chicken, a sausage casserole, and pasta. The other nights will be leftovers (I hope)
Yes please! Come on over 🙂 yum we have not had grilled salmon in awhile. Thanks for stopping by.
Looks some good eating this week!
Thanks Joy. It’s been delicious so far!
This all sounds SO SO good! We’re going with an easy weak (because there’s an ice storm coming). Chili one night, chicken curry, and plenty of leftovers.
Oh goodness me, no ice storm here please! We’re still dealing with the one from last week, kids were out all week. But we were well stocked with food and I made chili last week 🙂 Good luck with the storm!
Thanks Andi. We have our share of snow now. Glad I got the groceries Monday, I didn’t expect bad weather till tomorrow but it arrived yesterday. Hope you are enjoying your ice days and staying warm.
