This week we are traveling the world in food, don’t I say that every week? As much as I love traveling the world in books, I love to eat my way around the world too! Can we make it all the way around the world in food this week? Let’s see!

I have been loving Plan to Eat* to get my menu plan, recipes and shopping lists printed up fast! Highly recommend and you can try it out free for 30 days to see if you like it. It’s one of the Organized Home Goals this month to work on recipes, so I will be using Plan to Eat a LOT this month. I can’t wait to get all my recipes into it, but I have a feeling it will take me all month if not longer to do it, I’m a recipe hoarder.

What’s on your menu plan for this week?


  1. Can I come to your house for dinner? We’re having grilled salmon, soup, roast chicken, a sausage casserole, and pasta. The other nights will be leftovers (I hope)

    1. Oh goodness me, no ice storm here please! We’re still dealing with the one from last week, kids were out all week. But we were well stocked with food and I made chili last week 🙂 Good luck with the storm!

    2. Thanks Andi. We have our share of snow now. Glad I got the groceries Monday, I didn’t expect bad weather till tomorrow but it arrived yesterday. Hope you are enjoying your ice days and staying warm.
