I’m very excited to share that my Free Online Blog Planner was featured on the NC Blogger Network today. If you are a NC blogger, check out this fantastic organization and join here. I’m a member and enjoy meeting other bloggers in our area, participating in the exclusive Facebook group and Pinterest boards and the many learning opportunities and conference discounts they offer to improve our blogs. Even if you’re not in NC, you can all check out their invaluable Blogging 411 videos, this week’s video is Top Secret Tips to Boost Your Blog from Dan and Rachel at Blogging Concentrated. So pay them a visit and tell them I said hello!
Now back to our regularly scheduled Monday programming and this week’s menu plan!
I am joining Menu Plan Monday hosted by Org Junkie and What’s for Dinner? Menu Planning Linkup hosted by Jill Conyers and Mommy Run Fast this week to share what we’re eating. The only topic I like to chat about as much as books is food! If you have a menu plan, feel free to link it up with our Small Victories Sunday Linkup. I’m always looking for new recipes to try.
Last week, there was a lot of cooking for the SuperBowl. This years’s favorite recipes were the Slow Cooker Bacon Cheeseburger dip and these Slow Cooker Buffalo Wings fell off the bone and were delicious for an alternative to fried wings.
This Week’s Menu Plan:
Monday:
Leftovers still from last week’s cooking and SuperBowl party. I have no room in my fridge for anything else!
Tuesday:
Chicken Biryani is an Indian chicken, rice and vegetable dish. I have never made it before but using a Shan Biryani mix I got at the Indian store and following the recipe off the box. Next time I will have to try out this version with spices I have in my pantry and using a rice cooker.
Wednesday:
Banana Crepes from Taste of Home
Potato Kielbasa Skillet from Taste of Home (but I am substituting Trader Joe’s Chicken Apple sausage for the kielbasa)
Thursday:
Spinach and Ricotta Stuffed Shells from Fork Knife Swoon with salad and crusty bread to dip in olive oil/spices.
Friday:
Homemade pizza
Saturday:
Potato and Ham Chowder from Damn Delicious with grilled sandwiches and fruit
Crock Pot Italian Sausage Spaghetti from Julie’s Eats and Treats and Cheesy Garlic Sticks from Six Sisters’ Stuff
Sunday:
Omelet Biscuit Cups from Taste of Home
Leftovers for dinner

What’s on your menu plan for this week?
Congrats on your feature, that is so exciting! Menu sounds very tasty, stuffed shells have always been one of my favorite meals! Have a great week!
Thanks Kate! I have not made stuffed shells in a very long time. Hope the boys enjoy it. They need the carbs, I certainly don’t.
