I’ve got an update to one of our favorite holiday recipes and The Secret to Easy Rotisserie Chicken You can Make at Home. Plus 13 delicious ideas for leftover chicken, if you have any leftovers. I’d rather make 2 small chickens if I need to for Thanksgiving and Christmas instead of a big turkey that takes up the whole oven.
