I suffer from osteoarthritis in my hips and degenerative disc disease in my hips so I can certainly understand the pain issues and celebrating small victories!
Love my crockpot and anytime I can make a meal in it, thats win-win for me. One pot to clean and less stress with preperation.
Sorry to hear of your osteo and degenerative disc disease Chrystal. Too bad it took me getting RA to better appreciate my small victories, but better late than never!
I love my crockpot too! Somehow I can’t contain the mess to one pot because I usually brown meat or mix sauce or something in another dish. But that’s ok. It’s easier to start the crockpot during the day when I have the energy versus standing at the stove at dinnertime with hungry kids afoot.
Thanks for stopping by and hope to hear from you again soon!

Me too Bibi, I am addicted right now to finding slow cooker recipes. They are great for summertime and when company is coming and I would rather spend time with them than in the kitchen If you have some favorite slow cooker recipes on your site that you think I should try, please leave me the links!
