My Weekly Recap
Reading:
I finally finished The Determined Heart! Woohoo! It feels like I’d been reading that book forever and the review is coming soon. I wish I liked it more than I did. I’ve got a lot to say and rather than write a negative review try to take the opportunity to learn about myself when I’m less than enthused about a book.
My book club picked this to read for December. I love Christmas short stories so I think Let it Snow will be a perfect read. I have only read The Fault in Our Stars by John Green which I absolutely loved so I’m glad I’m finally getting to read another one by him.
If you like Christmas short stories too, be sure to check out my review for Christmas, Actually which was a wonderful little collection that explored the holidays with stress, humor, grief and hope.
