It’s Monday and time to share what’s cooking this week in our house with my weekly menu plan. The only topic I like to chat about as much as books is food! This Week’s Menu Plan:

Sunday:

Fish Tacos with Tomatillo Sauce and Refried Black Beans mixed with some salsa.

Monday:

Rotisserie-Style Roast Chicken Cooked in a Bundt Pan with Garlic Ranch Potatoes and roasted carrots from our garden.

Tuesday:

English Muffin Breakfast Sandwiches and fruit

Homemade Sloppy Joes and Mexican Fries

Wednesday:

Chorizo con Huevo (Mexican sausage and egg) tacos

Thursday:

Ravioli Spinach Bake with salad

Friday:

Homemade pizza

Saturday:

Slow Cooker Korean BeefPanda Express Chow Mein Copycat Noodles and stir fried veggies

Sunday:

Asian Turkey Burgers and Sweet Potato Fries

  1. I tried one of the trials with Plan to Eat and though it was a nice program and easy to use. I ended up deciding not to pay for it, but that was just an economic decision, not one of use. Love the sound of your meals!

    1. I got Plan to Eat during black Friday when it was 50% off. Hoping it will be on sale again when it’s time for me to renew. 🙂 Thanks for commenting Beth.
